JOIN US AS WE TEAM TOGETHER WITH THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY TO FINISH THE FIGHT AGAINST BREAST CANCER!
What: Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, a noncompetetive, 5k fundraising walk raises money to fund life saving research and support programs, educates women about prevention and early detection and celebrates our breast cancer survivors.
Where: Vinoy Park in Downtown St. Petersburg
701 Bayshore Dr NE St. Petersburg, FL
When: October 15, 2016 8:00 a.m. Check-in, 8:30 a.m. Opening Ceremonies, 9:00 a.m. Walk Begins.
There are three options to support this great cause:
1. Join our team and help to raise money & participate in the walk.
2. Join our team to just help raise money or make donations.
3. If you have a work group or a group of friends who you wish to create your own team with, let us know as we can help you facilitate that.

- Help provide someone LOCAL with lodging at The American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, which is next to Moffitt Cancer Center, while undergoing treatment.
- Help connect a LOCAL cancer patient with a trained patient navigator or even a breast cancer survivor for navigation and support during their tough times.
- Help provide rides for our LOCAL cancer patients to and from treatments.
- Help support follow-up visits for LOCAL participants enrolled in The American Cancer Society Cancer Prevention Study-3.
- Help provide 24-hour information and support via phone, email, and online chats.
