I’m Raeann Wright, a Nutrition and Menopause Wellness Coach and co-owner of Thrive and Glow Nutrition. At 51, I understand firsthand the challenges many women face in perimenopause and menopause — including body composition changes, stubborn weight gain, fatigue, and disrupted sleep, etc.
I specialize in helping women 40+ improve metabolism, rebuild strength, and feel better through realistic, sustainable habits. My coaching combines evidence-based nutrition, strength training guidance, and lifestyle strategies designed specifically for hormonal changes during midlife.
While midlife women’s health is my primary focus, I work with women at all stages of life who want to improve their relationship with food, support metabolic health, and build strong, sustainable habits that support long-term wellness.
I also work with men helping them improve metabolic health, body composition, and daily nutrition habits using the same structured approach.
My role is to support Dr. Ohms’ care plan by translating medical recommendations into clear day-to-day actions such as meal structure, individualized protein intake, and ongoing accountability between appointments. My goal is to help patients build confidence in their bodies, support hormone balance through nutrition, and create a lifestyle they can maintain long-term.
